Corn flour is made by removing the germ and bran from cleaned yellow corn and subsequently grinding and bolting the endosperm so that at least 98% passes through a US 50 screen and at least 50% passes through a US 70 screen. It can be used as an ingredient in baby foods, bakery mixes, batter mixes, breads, cereals, chili, cookies, pancake/waffle mixes, pasta, snack foods, soft pretzels, stews, and more.
